気持ちを分散できるコト
ついにバトル勃発！
たった一人の看護師の退職がトップを巻き込んだ大騒動になってしまった・・・！
お願いだから周りを巻き込むのはヤメロ。
そこの医者！そこの師長！
やるんなら当事者同士で勝手にやってくれ！！！
このことで吐き気を催すくらい嫌な気持ちになった。
ホンット最悪な日だった。
でも最近私、ちょっと変わった。
家に帰ると嫌なことを忘れられるようになったのだ。
これって「他にやりたいこと」があるからなんだろうな。
このサイトで仕事の愚痴をいっぱい書こうと思ってた。
でもPCの前に座ってみると、そんなヤなコト書きたいって思わなくなる。
どうせ書くなら楽しいこと書きたいもん。
日中の仕事だけが私の中の100じゃあない。
100を一日の間で分散できるって、いい。

判ります！その気持ち。私も以前、新人が入りそして辞めて行く度、心身共に疲れきった経験何度もありその都度、職場の環境変化に自分自身順応出来ないと何度も挫折しそうな心境に落ちました。けど時間は必ず流れているし昨日嫌な事も後に笑って思い出話に出来るという事を悟りました（あれオーバーですかね？）今だけを見ずこの先に希望を持って進んでくださいね！
